Independents Days are coming!

Independents Days, which occur around the Independence Day holiday, is an American Independent Business Alliance-sponsored celebration of local, independent businesses across the country. OLIBA’s Independents Days will kick off with a cash mob at a member business in late June and then run during early July. Our Independents Days promotion will utilize the Where’s Waldo? on Main St. USA” program created by Candlewick Press and the American Booksellers Association. Look for more information in next month’s newsletter, or come to our May meeting.

If you’re a local business and would like to have your logo in our Independents Days advertising, renew your membership (if you have not already done so) and submit two gift certificates worth least $25 each to OLIBA by May 31. The gift cards will be used as part of our Independents Days promotion. Gift certificates can be mailed to OLIBA, P.O. Box 6415, Elmwood Park Station, Omaha, NE, 68106.
